I use all the strands; however, I do vary the size of the thread I use per project. I'm going to try and put together a post about the various perle cotton's I use later this week.
I am so inspired by your blog. I have just about finished a large quilt that I have been working on and off for a while and now my thoughts are turning to quilting it. I have never hand quilted such a large quilt but seeing your blog has given me the motivation. Can anyone recommend a good online shop for stencils I would love to use feathers for my borders and in the centre of my blocks. Thanks so much.
nice I like how those big stitches show up - I have not tried this method. How many strands of the perle cotton thread do you use?
